This is a three credit transfer-level course. It examines financial and managerial accounting concepts peculiar to the planning and administration of public and quasi public organizations such as governmental units, institutions, and charitable organizations. It also includes the study of governmental auditing and the theory and practice of accounting for governmental units and not for profit organizations
