ECON2054 PRINCIPLES OF ECONOMICS (MICRO)
This is a first level, semester course intendedas an initial introduction to the study of micoreconomics. This course is designed to provide an understanding of basic micoreconomic concepts and principles. The aim is for students to develop an ability to apply the concept to real world situations. Topics to be covered include supply, demand and market equilibrium, consumer behavior, production and cost, perfect and imperfect competition, antitrust policy and labor market.
