Construction drafting II is the second of two courses, which is designed for Architecture students. This is a three-credit course, which gives student theory and practice in the manual drafting media. The emphasis is on preparing construction details for small commercial construction and subsidiary. These include stairs, doors, windows, reinforced concrete frames, precast concrete frames, structural steel frames, hurricane resistant designs, ironmongery, formwork, scaffolding and timbering. Student will produce complete set of drawing details using good lines definition, techniques, clarity, thoroughness, dimensioning and lettering.
