2020-2 AAGR2292 LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION II
The is divided into units that cover husbandry practices, herd management, herd health, reproduction, nutrition and marketing. Lectures are complemented with fieldwork to give students hands on experience in the day -to -day management of both dairy and beef cattle. In addition, whenever possible field trips will be made to production sites and processing plants in the Cayo District to complement classroom lectures.
