2020-2 BIOL3402 GENERAL MICROBIOLOGY

This course provides an in-depth study of the basic principles and concepts of microbiology. Topics covered will include microbial taxonomy, metabolism, genetics, aseptic techniques, microbial control, and host microbial interactions. The importance of microorganisms in various fields such as, medicine, agriculture, environment and industry will be emphasized.
