2020-2 ECON2054 PRINCIPLES OF MICROECONOMICS
This is a first level one semester course intended as an initial introduction to the study of microeconomics. This course is designed to provide an understanding of basic microeconomic concepts and principles. The aim is for students to develop an ability to apply the concepts to real world situations. Topics to be covered include supply, demand and market equilibrium, consumer behaviour, production and cost, perfect and imperfect competition, antitrust policy and labor market.
