This course introduces students to the basic application of classroom management and organization. It enhances in-service and pre-service teachers’ knowledge on professional duties, expectations of educators in reference to classroom management.  Topics include: Minimizing Behavioral Problems; Organizing the Learner and the Learning Environment; Student motivation and Expectations; Lesson Planning, Timetabling and Scheduling; and Preparing Appropriate Learning Resources.
