This course is designed to introduce students to administration by analyzing theories and practices of educational leadership, school organizations, policy development, staffing, supervision, staff development and administrative roles and responsibilities. Students will develop a theoretical framework that can be used to guide the evaluation of leadership within a variety of contexts and to plan for the development and maintenance of effective schools.
