This course is designed to enhance student teachers’ content knowledge of the National Primary School Science Curriculum. It aims to provide student teachers with an understanding of the fundamental and unifying science principles in the physical, life, and earth sciences. The following are topics that will be emphasized in this : Nature of science and processes, Living Things, Environment and Ecosystems, Organization of the Human Body, Matter and Energy, Structures and Mechanism-force and motion, Simple and Compound Machines and Earth and Space Science.
