This Course encompasses all aspects of the hospitality industry, however, it lies in the hands of the students to decide what creative technique are best suited for them but keeping in the standards of the Industry. In doing so the program pledges to provide a positive experience, up lives the senses, instills wellbeing and fulfils even the unexpressed wishes and the needs of our vibrant students.

Students will also be introduced to the principles of the food and beverage industry with emphasis on the restaurant sector particularly developing the concept, menu, purchasing and storage, production and service, control, staffing issues, marketing, quality control and future trends and development.
