This course will identify how organisations can use project management to sharpen organizational focus so that all resources can be optimally utilised while operating within a competitive environment. The course will be taught from the point of view of how projects are strategically designed, implanted and managed within a “projectised” framework. The course will highlight how an organisation can use this “projectised” approach so as to make optimum use of scarce resources and in the final analysis create competitive advantage.
