This course is designed to analyze the legal environment in which business operates. Cases, text material, and class discussion emphasize judicial process, torts, contracts, product liability, agency, business formations (partnerships & corporations), employment law, antitrust, consumer protection, international law, business law, intellectual property and real property. Students will develop their critical thinking skills while examining legal cases within a business context.
